The download form on the papers page collects your email address and, optionally, your name. Nothing else is collected. Browsing the site requires no registration.
The data is used to unlock the paper downloads and, only if you tick the consent box, to send you an occasional note when a new paper is published. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@convexsupplychain.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts this site and acts as data processor, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR for international transfers. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for profiling or automated decisions.
Your data is kept until you withdraw consent or ask for it to be deleted.
This site does not use cookies. The only thing kept in your browser's local storage is whether you have already unlocked the paper downloads, which requires no consent.
